For the first time in over 10 years, and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to increase our pricing for all clients. This change reflects our dedication to providing you with enhanced features and increased services that drive tremendous value for your experience.
Why Are We Updating Our Pricing?
We know any price change is a significant decision, so we want to be transparent about why this adjustment is happening. Over the past several years, we’ve introduced a range of updates to the Textellent platform and our business without having increased our plan prices. A few more details of those enhancements driving our new pricing include:
- Investment in Innovation: We are continually investing in research and development to improve our platform and stay ahead of market trends.
- Operational Costs: Rising operational expenses, including a 45% cost increase due to compliance-related fees, server maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Enhanced Features: We have introduced new functionalities that improve your experience and efficiency on our platform, including an enhanced mobile app, Afterhours Autoresponder, and Vacation Autoresponder just to name a few.
- Compliance Requirements: Compliance has become more difficult to manage due to phone carrier strict policy changes, and we continue to invest to ensure a streamlined experience for our clients.
- Customer Support Improvements: We are expanding our Customer Success team and services to offer dedicated support for your ongoing growth and success.
- Market Positioning: Our updated pricing aligns us more with industry standards, reflecting the quality and value of our service. Our prices are increasing for all client segments.
- Scalability and Security Enhancements: Our enhancements empower us to handle increased user loads seamlessly while prioritizing your data security through rigorous compliance with evolving regulations. With fortified backend systems for business continuity and disaster recovery, this allows for recovery within 30 minutes.

What’s Changing?

Who’s Affected and When?
The new pricing will be applied to all new customers starting on 12/11/24. However, we’re offering a grace period for current customers to help ease the transition depending on timing and plan type.
Annual plan: If you are on an annual plan, your price adjustment will occur at the time of your annual renewal.
Monthly plan prior to 10/1/24: If you’re already on a monthly plan and you signed up before October 1st, 2024, your pricing will remain unchanged until March 1st, 2025.
Monthly plan starting 10/1/24: If you are on a monthly plan and signed up on October 1st or after, your plan pricing will adjust on June 1st, 2025.
