Can I trial your service first?
Yes, you are entitled to a two-week free trial, so you can see how texting might work for you. We will provide you with training during that period so that you are prepared to make the most of your trial. If you don’t wish to continue, you will not be charged. We do put a credit card on file for convenience so that when the trial is over, you can start your subscription based on the plan you selected.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts or annual commitments. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan if you find your needs change.
Will I be able to select add-ons after I start my plan later?
Yes, just contact us about the add-ons that interest you, and we will adjust your subscription accordingly.
What kinds of resources are available to help me be successful with texting?
First, there are many videos inside the product to help you use the features successfully. In addition, our Client Success team is available to help you determine how best to use our features to accomplish your goals. We are also available to help you understand the best operational and marketing practices using texting, and our blogs and period webinars are designed to help clients.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to send outgoing text messages such as Text Blasts, Automated Campaigns, and manager sent messages. There is no charge for incoming messages.
1 SMS = 1 Credit*
1 MMS = 2 Credits
*One “credit” is equal to one 160-character message. (160 characters when only ASCII characters are used or 70 characters when special characters are included like emoji’s, images and foreign language characters etc.) If more than 160 characters are required for a message additional credits will be charged; one credit for each 160-character segment used. This applies only to automated and outgoing messages. There is no charge for incoming messages.
